What is the best way to apply?

How does the application process work?
In the first step, we review your application internally. If you have aroused our curiosity, we will invite you to a get-to-know-you call via Teams. If the spark ignites in this call, we will invite you to our office for a further meeting. If you are really enthusiastic about us and we are equally enthusiastic about you, you will receive our offer.
Which documents do I send to you?
We never ask for a motivation letter, but if you would still like to send us something before an interview, feel free to do so! In any case, please send us a current resume. You also have additional references? Feel free to upload them.
How do I prepare myself best for the get-to-know-you interview?
Just be yourself! You can be completely open and honest with us. Team and culture fit are most important to us. Of course, the professional suitability will also be checked. But for us it is in second place. You can inspire us with authenticity. Tell us what makes your job meaningful to you, where you have already been able to showcase your strengths, and reveal where you aspire to further develop.
Can I also submit an initiative application?
Are you enthusiastic about us? Send us your application as an initiative application! Then we will elaborate together whether we can currently offer you a suitable position or create the right position for you. We are happy to find the right place in our team for enthusiastic talents.
Do you have a dress code at p36?
No, we don’t have a set dress code. We come as we feel comfortable. Sure, our colleagues in contact with customers dress up a bit, but they’re also happy to come to the office in a hoodie the next day.
Informal or formal?
We have a pure “you” culture, from CEO to trainee and back. Nice-to-know: All documentation and official communication with the entire team takes place in English.
